Fundraising Volunteers
Tuam Cancer Care requires volunteers to get involved and assist with fundraising activities and events that help us generate much needed income to continue to support over 250 people per year.
Some examples of events that we require assistance with are:
Survivor’s Celebration Walk – distributing posters, handing out t-shirts, assisting with refreshments, encourage participants.
Church Gate Collection – bucket collection in local churches and parishes
Leisure Cycles & other sporting events– marshalling, publicity, manning food stops, route assistance (lead cars etc.), preparing of refreshments, serving refreshments.
Selling tickets for upcoming events
Assisting with planning and running events
Fundraising Volunteers are asked to comply with our Code of Conduct.
