Tuam Cancer Care Team

 

Manager (Maureen Grealish)

The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Tuam Cancer Care. The Manager is also responsible for planning, co-ordinating and reporting the services and activities of the Centre. The Manager reports to The Board. This role is a part-time role.

Co-ordinator (Margaret Nevin)

The co-ordinator is the link between Tuam Cancer Care and the clients. Margaret liaises with the clients, Support Volunteers, and therapists to ensure that the clients needs are met in a supportive and meaningful manner and that our services are offered in a professional and effective manner. This role is a part-time role.

Client Support Team Member (Michael Quinn)

This role reports to the Client Co-ordinator who is the link between the clients of the Centre and those who work here i.e. counsellors, therapists, facilitators, volunteers and other staff. The Client Support Team member is focused on supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met through listening, ensuring that they are aware of the support services available to them and by assisting with the co-ordination of our various support services and programmes. This role is a part-time role.

Administration Officer (Rosemary Burke)

The Administration Officer is responsible for the day to day administration tasks of Tuam Cancer Care, as well as ensuring that Tuam Cancer Care complies with GDPR. This is a part-time role.

Community Liaison & Fundraising Officer (Eimear Keane)

The purpose of this role is to provide a link between local communities and Tuam Cancer Care. The role is primarily responsible for Fundraising both within Tuam Cancer Care and in conjunction with local communities. This is a part-time role.
